It is designed to comply with the Saudi Consumer Protection Law and E-Commerce regulations while reflecting the nature of construction tools and materials.<\/p>\n<h2>General principles<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>FORSA facilitates transactions between buyers and vendors. Return eligibility may depend on the vendor, product category, and whether the item is defective or not as described.<\/li>\n<li>Your statutory rights under Saudi consumer protection law are not affected by this policy.<\/li>\n<li>Products must be returned in a condition that allows resale unless the return is due to defect or error.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Standard return period<\/h2>\n<p>For most standard products (tools, hardware, and general materials), you may request a return within <strong>7 days<\/strong> of delivery if:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The product is unused and in original packaging with all accessories and documentation;<\/li>\n<li>You provide proof of purchase (order number); and<\/li>\n<li>The product is not excluded below.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Non-returnable items<\/h2>\n<p>The following are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns (defective or misdescribed items may still qualify):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Custom-made, cut-to-size, or specially ordered materials.<\/li>\n<li>Bulk cement, aggregates, or mixed goods once delivered.<\/li>\n<li>Sealed chemicals, paints, or adhesives once opened.<\/li>\n<li>Digital products or downloadable content after access begins.<\/li>\n<li>Equipment rental items \u2014 governed by rental terms.<\/li>\n<li>Products clearly marked as final sale or non-returnable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Defective or not-as-described products<\/h2>\n<p>If a product is faulty, damaged in transit, or materially different from its listing, contact us within <strong>7 days<\/strong> of delivery with your order number and photos. We will work with the vendor to offer repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate under Saudi law.<\/p>\n<h2>How to request a return<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Email <a href=\"mailto:support@forsa.com.sa\">support@forsa.com.sa<\/a> or use your account order page with order number, item(s), and reason.<\/li>\n<li>Wait for return authorisation and instructions (usually within 2 business days).<\/li>\n<li>Ship or arrange collection as instructed.
